London Study Trip – 1ère 8 BFI on the Trail of Dickens

From April 30 to May 2, the students of Première 8 BFI had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the literary and academic richness of London during a memorable three-day study trip.

The journey began with a literary exploration of the Victorian era, as students followed in the footsteps of Charles Dickens through key locations that inspired his writing. This cultural dive brought classroom learning to life in a powerful and engaging way.

The trip also offered valuable academic insights, with visits to some of London’s most prestigious universities: King’s College London, University College London (UCL), and Imperial College. These visits allowed students to gain a clearer understanding of higher education pathways in the UK and to envision their academic futures beyond high school.
